1. Definition of Biometric Information

  • Biometric Information: Any information based on a biometric identifier that is used to identify an individual.

  • Provide written notice explaining the purpose and duration for which biometric information will be collected, stored, and used.

  • Obtain a signed release or consent form from the individual authorizing the collection and use of their biometric information.

6. Disclosure of Biometric Information

 God's Network Center will not disclose or disseminate biometric data to third parties except in the following cases:

  • When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.

  • With the individual's consent.

  • When disclosure is required to complete a financial transaction requested by the individual.

7. Retention Schedule

God's Network Center will retain biometric data only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. Biometric data will be permanently destroyed after the retention period expires.

  • The right to know what biometric data is being collected and for what purpose.

  • The right to access and review their biometric data.

  • The right to request the deletion of their biometric data, subject to applicable legal and contractual obligations.
